When you’re an actor, crying on screen is something you’re likely to do more than once. And This Is Us star Sterling K. Brown has down to a science, according to his costar Mandy Moore.

“I think Chrissy and I are probably the most emotional,” Mandy admitted to Jimmy Fallon. “But I think Sterling [K. Brown] gets the award for best crier. I feel like he’s literally at the point as an actor where he’s like, ‘What eye do you want me to have the dramatic single tear drop down my cheek from?’ He’s that good.”

Of course, Sterling won an Emmy for his performance so clearly the world agrees!
