Sting and Trudie Tyler just sold their $50 million duplex at the Robert A.M. Stern-designed 15 Central Park West — located on the 16 and 17th floor.

The buyer is anonymous, but with a price tag like that something tells me that won’t be for long: “The deal is signed, but the sale won’t close until next year, which will give Sting and Trudie time to get their new apartment ready,” a source told Page Six.
