CELEB REFRESH: Jennifer Garner’s Insane Workout For Working Moms

Jennifer Garner takes her fitness very seriously, and in a series of Instagram videos she documents what she’s called the “Recipe for Turning A Mom Back into Action Lady.”

After an hour workout, which is 90 minutes of “stunt team,” she apparently has 50 cups of coffee and three minutes of cryotherapy every day.

It’s unclear if she’s getting back in shape for a role or for pleasure, but whatever floats your boat!
