Former President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama are considering a move to the Upper East Side in a historic building in Manhattan, according to sources at Page Six.

Apparently, the Obamas are looking at 10 Gracie Square, between East End and East River Drive, which is near the mayor’s residence in Gracie Mansion.

Page Six reports that the building was built in 1930, and the white-glove, full-service, pre-war abode has 15 floors and 43 units. Gloria Vanderbilt, and conductor Andre Kostelanetz have also lived there. Not to mention, there’s a gym and an indoor basketball court.

A duplex apartment at 10 Gracie Square sold last week for $10 million. Some are speculating that could be the Obama’s new place, but it’s not confirmed.
