JAY-Z and Beyonce now have a $26 million home in the Hamptons. Page Six confirmed that their new abode is 12,000 square-feet on East Hampton’s exclusive Georgica Pond.

The property has been on the market since 2009, and neighbors include Steven Spielberg and Martha Stewart. The seven-bedroom property sits on two acres and has 203 feet of Georgica Pond frontage. A detached 1,800 square-foot guest cottage is also on the property.
