Jeffrey Mezger, the CEO and chairman of KB Home, one of the largest homebuilding companies in the world, must have had too many cocktails because he was caught on tape throwing homophobic slurs at his neighbor, comedian Kathy Griffin.

The audio was obtained by Huffington Post, and has shocked multiple celebrities — including Suze Orman, who shared it on Twitter.

Apparently, Jeffrey was angry that Kathy’s boyfriend, Randy Bick, filed a noise complaint against his grandkids who were playing in the pool.

“Hey Randy, go f–k yourself,” he was heard saying on the tape. “You’re stuck with a f–king bald dyke who Donald Trump kind of put the heat on.”

Kathy recently shaved her head to support cancer awareness: “F–k you and f–k Kathy. You’re not our f–king neighbor, you’re a f–king a–hole,” he continued. “Seriously? You call on my grandkids at 9 o’clock? You’re not even the f–king owner. Let’s declare war, a–hole, ’cause we got a lot to go for. Let’s bring it on, you bitch.”

Kathy can be heard asking Randy, “What’s happening?”

“If you’re asking Randy what’s happening, he called the cops on my 5-year-old granddaughter, you f–king c–t,” Jeffrey replied. “Bulls–t — 9 o’clock at night — oh, this party’s loud, this party’s really happening. F–k you. I’ve done enough trying to be a nice partner — f–k you, neighbor. War’s happening. Don’t wait until we’re gonna bring some things on you. Now f–k you.”
