Alexis Bledel took home her first Emmy award for her performance in The Handmaid’s Tale, and like a true Gilmore mom, Lauren Graham reached out to her via Twitter.

Doesn’t your heart just melt??? Seriously, Lauren is a total cool mom both on and off screen.

Alexis won the Outstanding Guest Actress in a Drama Series for being a “gender traitor” in the Hulu original show. Word on the street is she’s coming back for another season.
