Beyonce is bringing her BeyGOOD foundation to Houston to help victims of Hurricane Harvey. In a statement to The Houston Chronicle, the icon said:

“My heart goes out to my hometown, Houston, and I remain in constant prayer for those affected and for the rescuers who have been so brave and determined to do so much to help. I am working closely with my team at BeyGOOD as well as my pastor (Rudy Rasmus at St. John’s in downtown Houston) to implement a plan to help as many as we can.”

The foundation has partnered with other organizations to bring assistance to communities in need of employment, clothing, counseling, housing, food, and medical assistance. It was founded in 2013, and proved to be a huge help in the Flint Water Crisis.

God Bless Queen Bey.
