Eddie Murphy is Now in the Middle of Mel B & Stephen Belafonte’s Divorce
Eddie Murphy and Mel B share a child (a 10-year-old daughter named Angel), though Mel B and Stephen Belafonte share visitation rights.
Now, Stephen wants to file for step-visitation rights for her. According to Page Six, Mel B lost the latest round in their court battle when she requested Stephen not to add Angel’s name to their divorce proceedings. That case was rejected.
His lawyer Michael Hanasab said Stephen “has been the parent that has raised this minor child since an infant” with the judge ruling against Mel’s request.
Even thought Eddie denied Angel was his, DNA proved otherwise.
