If you’ve seen The Devil Wears Prada, you’re probably left to assume anyone who works for Anna Wintour at Vogue is terrified of the woman.

Apparently, the people at the magazine have a name for it: “AWOK,” which stands for “Anna Wintour OK.”

For the magazine’s 125th anniversary, the Vogue app featured Anna’s feedback in AWOK. “No writer/editor/stylist/art director ever forgets their first AWOK, which stands for ‘Anna Wintour OK,’” explained Vogue.com’s fashion news director, Chioma Nnadi, of the insider acronym.

Some feedback that is never so great included “Keep Trying,” “No,” or what Nnadi describes as the dreaded “See Me.”

Let’s face it, Anna knows what she wants…
