TMZ is reporting that Aaron Carter’s former publicist is getting thrown under the bus while the singer’s life is “spiraling out of control.”

TMZ reports, “Jon Lewandowski’s lawyers fired off the ultimatum to Carter Monday, threatening to sue if he doesn’t stop making ‘false, fabricated and defamatory statements.’ According to the letter … Aaron’s made claims that Lewandowski stole money from him and damaged his career.”

Jon’s lawyers say the opposite is true, that Aaron owes him money for repping him as a publicist and manager. The letter said they severed ties because of Aaron’s “increasingly alarming and reckless behavior.”

Basically, Jon said he’s going to sue Aaron if he doesn’t stop talking smack about him. DAMN!
