Jason Hoppy is Putting Bethenny Frankel’s Plea Deal on Hold

After the shocking accusation Bethenny Frankel made toward her ex-husband Jason Hoppy of harassment, prosecutors offered him a plea deal in his stalking case. But he said he needs more time to decide whether to accept it, reports Page Six.

Jason appeared in court this week and the Assistant District Attorney offered to have the charges dismissed, so long as he doesn’t harass Frankel anymore, in exchange for a guilty plea. The judge gave him till September 27 to make his decision.

Sources also told Page Six that Bethany has been “free and happy” since his arrest. “Bethenny has been a different person. She’s been allowed to have a free and happy life.”
