Victoria Beckham recently told The Edit that her skin wasn’t always so clear (and boy is it CLEAR)!

“I used to have really problematic skin and [my dermatologist] said to me, ‘You have to eat salmon every single day,’” she told The Edit. “I said, ‘Really, every day?’ And he said, ‘Yes. Breakfast, lunch or dinner, you have to eat it every single day.’”

Salmon for every meal of the day? Well that doesn’t sound too bad for most us — but can’t we just take Omega-3 pills instead? Not gonna lie, too much salmon makes my skin crawl. But whatever, it seems to work for Posh Spice!
