When Shannon Purser was nominated for an Emmy for her role in Stranger Things, multitudes of fans jumped in glee. Justice for Barb, indeed!

“I mean it’s totally unimaginable,” she said to Us Weekly at Comic-Con. “I think about 12-year-old me who wanted to be an actress and then being nominated for an Emmy — I never would have dreamed of it. It’s amazing.”

Stranger Things creators also confirmed that Barb will be appearing in season 2, and justice will be served — though we don’t exactly know how.
