Don Jr. and Eric Trump Are Jealous of Jared Kushner’s Role in the White House

Jared Kushner is one of the loudest voices to the president, and he doesn’t even have the Trump name. According to a new story on People magazine, that’s not sitting with Donald Jr. and Eric Trump.

“All the attention to Jared is a bit of a sore point and they feel left out of the fun in D.C.,” a source close to the family said. “They miss being at the center of the action.”

Jared is not only senior adviser to Donald Trump, but he’s also his son in law (married to daughter Ivanka). Since taking office, he’s been given one of the largest portfolios — tackling things like criminal justice reform to peace in the Middle East.

“Don worked on the campaign and Jared gets the big Forbes cover and they make him out to be a big genius,” says the family source, “and Don is like, ‘No, I worked on the campaign too!’”

The source continued: “During the campaign, the brothers thrived on being the spokespeople and speaking at rallies and being very visible. Jared was able to build much more influence and power by doing exactly the opposite.”

Another source spoke of Jared: “Jared is hard to crack at first, seems uptight. But he’s hilarious.”
