Sometimes, you just gotta put your foot in your mouth.

A few days before singer Aaron Carter was arrested for a DUI, he was seen bragging on camera that cops would never be able to nail him for driving under the influence, saying, “You won’t catch me getting any DUIs.”

The 29-year old was arrested five days later on DUI and marijuana charges while driving through Georgia. His girlfriend Madison Parker was in the car with him.

The video was obtained by TMZ. In it, he was asked to comment about Shia LaBeouf’s recent drunken run-in. “I don’t have any DUIs,” said Aaron. “I don’t even drink.”
