Madonna Slammed Whitney Houston’s Talent in a Letter, Now it’s For Sale
In a handwritten letter to a person identified only as “J,” Madonna wrote that she found Whitney Houston and Sharon Stone “horribly mediocre.”
“It’s so unequivocally frustrating to read that Whitney Houston has the music career I wish I had and Sharon Stone has the film career I’ll never have,” the Queen of Pop wrote. “Not because I want to be these women — because I’d rather die, but they’re so horribly mediocre and they’re always being held up as paragons of virtue [or] some sort of measuring stick to humiliate me.”
The letter was provided to the auction site GottaHaveRockandRoll.com by Madonna’s former art curator Darlene Lutz, who was sued by the singer in 2005 for breach of contracted.
I guess the lesson is never piss off someone you fire?!
