‘True Blood’ Star Rutina Wesley Pens Touching Tribute to Co-Star Nelsan Ellis
Since the sudden death of True Blood’s Nelsan Ellis, fans around the world are speaking out about their favorite True Blood moments — but none were as loud as Rutina Wesley’s.
Rutina played Nelsan’s (Lafayette’s) cousin Tara, who wound up becoming a vampire in a lesbian relationship later in the series (it was awesome).
Rutina wrote a poem for Entertainment Weekly.
