As we previously reported, Ben Affleck is now dating Saturday Night Live producer Lindsay Shookus, and apparently they’ve been dating a lot longer than any of us originally thought.

Jennifer Garner apparently approached Lindsay when the affair first started happening in 2015, according to People magazine, while she was on a work trip in New York City. “Lindsay refused to back down or quit the affair,” a source said.

Another source told People magazine: “Jennifer and Lindsay do not have any relationship.”

Apparently, Ben and Lindsay started having an affair in 2013, two years before Ben and Jennifer announced their separation. Lindsay was also with her husband, former SNL producer Kevin Miller. Still, other sources claim the two didn’t date until after their respective separations.

After Jennifer appeared on an episode of Late Night with Seth Myers, she apparently spoke to Kevin Miller, who was a supervising producer for the show. She showed him text messages between Ben and Lindsay, one source said “she had proof.”

This is going to get ugly real quick.
