Sounds like epic new music is on the way.

Allen Hughes, the director of the Dr Dre documentary The Defiant Ones, just shared some exciting news. During an interview with Uproxx, Allen revealed that longtime collaborators Eminem and Dr Dre are at it again. He said:

“Dre still records. People don’t know this but Dre records every day. Literally, he’s in there recording songs every day, he’s like Picasso in that way. He’s always painting. Right now he’s producing, in the 11th hour, a track for Eminem’s latest album. So Dre’s still real active in music, you know?”

This is the duo’s first joint venture since 2010. Eminem’s last album, The Marshall Mathers LP2, was released in 2013. In 2016, the rapper released the single, “Campaign Speech” to coincide with the presidential election.

Neither artist has officially confirmed the big news, but we’ll keep you posted!
