Katy Perry Said John Mayer Is the ‘Best Lover.’ Here’s His Response:
Recently, Katy Perry ranked John Mayer as her favorite celebrity lover, which says a lot. After all, she’s been with Orlando Bloom for Christ’s sake!
The reveal came after James Corden asked her to rank her exes in order from greatest to worst in bed.
“They’re all amazing lovers, and I would have sex with all of them after I get out of this place,” she declared.
Then in an interview with Rolling Stone, John Mayer responded in the only way he can: “I don’t have a cool-enough thought for you,” he said. “I’ve hacked this game. I pay very little of the price of fame now. I get to play the music that moves me the most. I’m having the time of my life. I’m 39 — I remember 32. I don’t wanna do it again.”
He also admitted to The New York Times that his newest song “Still Feel Like Your Man” is about Katy.
“Who else would I be thinking about?” he said, referring to Perry. “And by the way, it’s a testament to the fact that I have not dated a lot of people in the last five, six years. That was my only relationship. So it’s like, give me this, people.”
