Jordan Peele took Hollywood by storm with his directorial debut in Get Out, which cost only $5 million to make and brought in $250 million. But despite his incredible beginners luck, he has no interest in directing big budget films.

“My goal and plan is to rise in budget slowly,” he told the Hollywood Reporter. “It doesn’t make any sense for me to jump to an enormous budget when it changes the process entirely.”

On his next film, “It’s going to be a very different movie … Don’t expect a sequel.” The movie apparently has a $25 million budget and is due out in 2019.
