What Did This Face Just Win?
Over the weekend the contest for the World’s Ugliest Dog took place in Northern California, and the winner was BIG!
Martha the Mastiff took the prize for the 29th annual event, which usually is awarded to the smaller, more hand-held type of dogs.
The 3-year-old, 125-pound Neapolitan Mastiff seemed unphased and didn’t let the fame go to her jowls.
Her handler Shirley Zindler answered for her:
“I’d gloat, but I need a nap.”

Had a reverse brindle english mastiff myself, Hercules. People always recognized him & not me. They’re such good dogs. Martha is a beauty.
