After Bill Cosby’s case resulted in a mistrial, which means the jurors weren’t able to come to a unanimous agreement, people across the country started wondering what the hell happened in that juror box? Apparently, we’re getting more information by the day.

One of the jurors, who’s chosen to remain anonymous, spoke to ABC News and shared that 10 out of 12 jurors agreed he was guilty on two sex assault counts against Andrea Constant — for digitally penetrating her without consent, and for giving her drugs without her knowledge.

A third count required proof that she was unconscious or unaware during the attack. Only one juror believed Bill was guilty of this count.

As the jurors began deliberation, they all voted that Bill was not guilty of ALL THREE counts of aggravated indecent assault. However, as the deliberation continued, nearly all of them changed their minds. “There was no budging” after the first deadlock,” the juror said. “And there was none from there on out.”

Still, there were only two that remained on the other side, which ultimately caused the mistrial.
