If there’s one dad you don’t want to get heated up, it’s Mark Wahlberg. Have you seen the guns on that guy? No doubt he can squish you like a twig if given the chance.

The father of four recently admitted to Entertainment Tonight that when it comes to his 13-year old daughter’s dating life, he’s incredibly overprotective.

When a boy showed in interested in Mark’s daughter, Ella, the boy brought his mom to meet Mark hoping he can win some brownie points. But clearly Mark wasn’t buying his tricks.

“Nobody is a good type or sort. For me, you know, I’m super overprotective,” he explained. “But he’s just a very nice, young, smart boy who is very polite and well prepared.” As for Ella: “She’s a sweetheart, she’s growing up too fast. It’s just the fatherly thing in me, you know? I just don’t want [her] being anything other than sheltered and protected.”
