Ivanka Trump and Marco Rubio were kinda-sorta forced to hug. Well, by that we mean he went in for one before she quickly decided “HELL NO!”

The failed hug has gone viral, which prompted Marco Rubio to address it.

“Based on review of evidence & my own recollection, have concluded no hug was even attempted & press covfefe of alleged failed hug is false,” he wrote on Twitter.

Ivanka later came back and called it “fake news,” saying that he’s an excellent hugger.
