Emmy Rossum Was Asked to Audition in a Bikini For a Role Requiring ZERO NUDITY!
We just want to clarify something… Emma Rossum is one of the most beautiful creatures on the planet!
She can sing, dance, act and make us laugh for days, so why the hell would a casting director force her to come to an audition in a bikini? Apparently, they wanted to see if “she was fat now.”
The actress recently told The Hollywood Reporter that a directer recently told her to strip down for an audition for a role that required ZERO NUDITY.
“Even as recently as a year ago, my agent called me and was like, ‘I’m so embarrassed to make this call, but there’s a big movie and they’re going to offer it to you. They really love your work on the show. But the director wants you to come into his office in a bikini. There’s no audition. That’s all you have to do.’ He wanted to know if I was fat now. That was basically the question.”
While she considered doing it for a moment, she opted out and instead to ask for script to read why it was important for her character to strip down. Apparently, there was no bikini in the movie and the character never was required to be naked.
“Are you f*cking kidding me? Last time I checked, I’m not a f*cking model,” she said.
