Christie Brinkley Says She Gardens in a Bikini To Avoid Tan Lines, YAS!
It’s safe to say that Christie Brinkley makes 63 look like 23. The lady is looking fierce as hell! And when it comes to gardening, don’t bet on her wearing just anything.
The supermodel is much more comfortable sporting a bikini during the summer months of plowing and planting seeds.
“I always put a bikini on a say, ‘Oh, it is just to wear around the house. I am not going to go anywhere in it. I just want to get a little color while I am gardening,’” she said to People. “I run around trimming my begonias to even everything out so I don’t have any tan lines.”
She continued: “When you’re naked, you want those parts tanned! I don’t care how much sunblock you put on, when you’re outdoors as much as I am, you’re going to get some color.”
As far as critics judging her daring ensemble: “You know what? You can’t really critique a person over 50 — it is just like, if they are brave enough to put on a bikini then you let them be!”
