Now that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have separated, the two are trying to find ways of settling into their new life as single parents.

According to a source at People magazine, Jennifer is “doing okay” but this has “really been the most difficult decision for her. But it’s time to focus on the future.”

The two continue to co-parent with each other. “They want to be sure the kids are comfortable,” said a source close to both. “It’s all in step with what they’ve always said was the most important thing: their children.”

As for dating, “she will eventually, but it will be a while before she does,” said the insider. “She’s certainly not jumping up and down and screaming, ‘I’m single!’ and planning dates. She still says Ben was the love of her life.”
