Shia LaBeouf is still making headlines.

After yelling and swearing at a bartender in a bowling alley last month, the actor is now being sued.

According to the lawsuit, when the bartender, David Bernstein, refused to serve Shia any alcohol because he was already drunk, the actor “quickly proceeded around the corner of the bar and entered the bartender well area… while yelling at the top of his lungs and appeared ready to physically confront Mr. Bernstein,” and that his actions “reflected an intention to commit imminent physical violence upon Mr. Bernstein.”

The 30-year-old was captured on camera screaming at David and calling him a “f – ing racist.” The lawsuit states that as a result of the incident, David has been exposed to “significant embarrassment and ridicule” from the video’s publicity, and that he is now referred to online as “the racist bartender.”

The claim also states that David has experienced “significant emotional distress, anxiety and fear” from the altercation.
