The verdict is in on Dani Mathers.

The former Playboy playmate pleaded no contest on Wednesday to misdemeanor invasion of privacy for taking a photo of a naked woman in the gym locker room without her knowledge and then posting it to Snapchat. The model captioned the shot with, “If I can’t unsee this then you can’t either,” along with a pic of herself covering her mouth. Dani was criticized for “body shaming” 71-year-old woman.

The 30-year-old was sentenced to three years’ probation and is required to do 30 hours of graffiti removal service. This is quite lenient, considering that if the case had gone to trial, she could have faced up to six months in prison.

Dani’s lawyer Thomas Mesereau told CNN affiliate KABC that she apologizes “from the bottom of her heart for what happened,” and that, “She never thought this would come out like this. Never intended to hurt anyone.”
