Steve Harvey is having a bad month.

Just after a memo was leaked ordering his staff to never approach him, the star is making headlines again.

According to TMZ, Steve’s ex-wife Mary Shackelford is suing the star for $60 million, saying the she has been a disaster since their divorce in 2005. E! News reported that Mary said she has been suicidal and self-medicating since their public split. She accused Steve of torture, child endangerment, conspiracy against rights, breach of contract, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and “soul murder.” E! Online reported that the court papers provided a definition of the term: “Soul murder is achieved by a combination of torture, deprivation, and brainwashing.”

Steve’s team has not commented on the matter.
