Talk about art imitating life!

Hackers claim to have Disney’s upcoming Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, and are threatening to release it unless the studio pays a ransom.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Disney’s CEO Bob Iger told ABC employees that the hackers claim they will reveal the film in 5 minute and then 20 minute segments online unless they receive the ransom in Bitcoin. Bob confirmed that Disney will not give in to the demands, and will instead work with the F.B.I. to find out who is responsible for the theft.

The film, which stars Johnny Depp, is the latest installment of the franchise that began in 2003. The four previous films brought in a whopping $3.72 billion for Disney.

Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales will open in theaters on May 25.
