Jerry O’Connell Says Watching ‘Live With Kelly & Ryan’ is Like Facebook Stalking an Ex
Jerry O’Connell is so funny we can’t even think straight. The actor was clearly runner up to co-host Live with Kelly alongside Kelly Ripa, but unfortunately he lost out to Ryan Seacrest.
Jerry had co-hosted several times, and it seems like he’s moved on from the loss.
That is, until he appeared on KTLA 5, joking, “I just left my house. I’ve been crying the entire time… “I knew. I did know [of the hiring of Ryan before it was public]. It is a little scary because you know some secret information that stockholders and people of power have made, but [Ryan is] great. He’s an old friend of all of ours … He’s great for that job.”
He also said watching Live now since Ryan joined is like “a weird ex I watch every morning. It’s like going to check your ex’s Facebook page, ‘Let’s see what they’re up to. I see you’re seeing someone else. Status: in a relationship.’”
