Chris Evans is a good dude. He visits kids at children’s hospitals, knows his sh*t when it comes to politics, oh, and he’s getting ready for a Broadway debut.

Still, he has time to read bedtime stories on BBC’s CBeebies Bed Time Stories, where he read Even Superheroes Have Bad Days.

The story helps kids to process their negative emotions and to channel them into something else. How nifty?!

“All the stories had a lot of good night themes,” Evans told MetroNews. “I was putting myself to sleep when I was doing it. Some of the stories were just so comforting. It made me want to just curl up.”
