Though his acting credits are a mile long, Colin Farrell’s newest accomplishment may be his most impressive.

The actor stopped by The Ellen DeGeneres Show to promote his new film, The Beguiled, and shared some big news: he has been sober for 10 years. Ellen congratulated the star, saying he looks, “fantastic.” When asked if he minds getting older, Colin said:

“I love getting older. Except getting hair in strange places and losing hair in not-so-strange places a bit. It’s kind of an aversion that’s unfavorable. I robbed that from Billy Crytal in City Slickers, for anybody that cares.”

Colin, who turns 41 on May 31, also played Ellen’s “Celebrity Confession” game, recalling some “manscaping” he did in preparation for his first sex scene. Watch the hilarious clip below!
