You’d think an heir to the Hilton family fortune would have enough money to buy a car rather than stealing it, but hey, some people just get off on adrenaline — right?

Apparently, 23-year old Conrad Hilton was arrested early Saturday morning on charges of grand theft auto and for violating a restraining order, reports People magazine. His bail was set at $60,000.

This isn’t the first time the younger brother of Paris, Nicky, and Barron Hilton broke the law. He also allegedly tried to break into the home of voice actress E.G. Daily, reports TMZ, which violated a 2015 restraining order E.G.’s daughter, Hunter Daily Saloman (who he previously dated), had against him.

Conrad has been on parole since 2015.

Just this January, he was ordered into a substance abuse treatment center after failing his drug tests.
