Holy mother of Gaga! Cher is going to be performing her hit disco number “Believe” on the same night she is to receive the Icon Award. If you don’t tune in to the Billboard Music Awards, something is seriously wrong with your priorities!

The news was announced this morning by Dick Clark Productions and ABC.

“Believe” spent four weeks at number 1 and was on the Billboard Hot 100 for 20 years. It became one of the biggest hits of all time, selling around 20 million units worldwide — a surprise hit for Cher in 1998.

“I’m honored to receive the 2017 Billboard Music Awards Icon Award and take the stage to celebrate my love of music with my fans,” the legend said in a statement. “Seeing so many powerful artists — especially female artists emerge and take their place in history through the years — has been incredible. I’m honored to be amongst the previous Icon Award winners and to celebrate this milestone achievement by performing ‘Believe’ on the show.”

Cher is currently in Vegas for her residency show Classic Cher.

The 2017 Billboard Music Awards are set to air live Sunday, May 21 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
