Mary J. Blige was on The Tonight Show last night and performed her new song “Love Yourself”, which features Kanye West, for the first time on live TV. Sadly, Ye wasn’t there to perform with her, but thankfully for us, The Roots stepped in!

“Thought they’d put my life on hold, but I knew somethin’ they didn’t know,” she sings. “I know myself too much to ever fold/ Dark clouds, I’m movin’ past you.”

It’s as if she never left!
