Former Bachelor Chris Soules was arrested last night for supposedly crashing into a tractor trailer, killing the driver then fleeing the scene.

TMZ reports that the 35-year old former reality star rear-ended a John Deere tractor trailer with his Chevy pickup in Iowa, which then sent the trailer into a ditch.

The victim’s identity has yet to be revealed, but it is known they were transported to a hospital by an ambulance, where they later died.

Chris is now in custody and charged with leaving the scene of a fatal accident.

The Iowa native appeared on the 19th season of the Bachelor.
