Mel B’s divorce drama is unfolding quicker than we can count.

After reports of Mel B’s ex-nanny getting pregnant by her estranged husband Stephen Belafonte, who allegedly sexually and emotionally and physically abused her — including, according to Mel B, forcing her to do threesome with the nanny, Lorraine Gilles — the former nanny is now counter suing.

Earlier this month, Mel B obtained temporary restraining orders against both Stephen and Lorraine. The singer also accused Stephen and Lorraine of threatening to release sex tapes, which is clearly extortion.

Now, Lorraine’s lawsuit accuses Mel B of defamation, libel, invasion of privacy, and intentional infliction of emotional distress, saying she portrayed her in her filings (all of which are public) as a “home wrecker, prostitute and extortionist.”

Instead, Lorraine says it’s far from the truth. She claims that Mel B is the one who seduced her — “a naive and curious 18-year old foreign exchange student… with alcohol, fame, and casual sex,” as she writes in the report.

Lorraine also said she “loved” Mel B and “still deeply cares for her children, but has been forever hurt and betrayed by” Mel for her “false statement and public disclosure of private, sensitive information in her declaration.”
