Janet Jackson’s Fans File Class Action Lawsuit After She Cancels Concert

Janet Jackson’s fans are pissed they haven’t received a dime back after spending tons of money to see her canceled concerts.

The star has postponed the Unbreakable World Tour at least three times, reports TMZ.

Now, a fan named Tiana Adams is filing a class action lawsuit against Live Nation.

According to documents, Tiana says Live Nation is trying to get away without issuing refunds by repeatedly treating the tour as “rescheduled” and not “canceled.” Even Janet has yet to declare a date when she’ll be back on the road, except to say it’s “sometime in 2017.”

Janet had put the tour on hold back in April 2016, as per doctors orders. She was pregnant at the time, after all.

But regardless, fans want their money back!

Thankfully, it’s not Janet that’s named in the lawsuit (such loyal fans, right?). It’s only Live Nation.
