YES! Jennifer Lopez Shares Her Beauty Secrets

Jennifer Lopez seems to be aging in reverse. The 47-year-old is hotter than ever, sporting a ridiculously toned body and flawless skin. So just how does she do it? We’ve got the lowdown here!

Obviously, her diet is a major factor. Almost everything she eats is organic, and processed food is off the table completely. At lunch, she focuses mostly on vegetables, with kale, broccoli, peppers and zucchini topping the list. Jennifer will pair whole grains with protein at dinnertime, though. She told US Weekly, “I like pork and chicken, especially Puerto Rican style!” As for in between meals, the star told People, “I always have healthy snacks, like fruits and vegetables, with me,” since her schedule is so hectic. She does indulge her sweet tooth from time to time, though, with chocolate chip cookies and ice cream.

You know it’s coming…exercise. JLo has two personal trainers, one on each coast, who have two completely different ways of keeping her fit. Her workouts include push-ups, boxing, and planking, as well as light weightlifting and ab work.

Finally, there are some things that are off limits for the superstar. She told US Weekly, “I don’t drink or smoke or have caffeine.That really wrecks your skin as you get older.” She is also very disciplined about lathering up, saying,  “I’m rarely in the sun, but if I am, I wear a lot of sunscreen.”
