Now that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are separated, the actor is reportedly planning on moving out of the family guesthouse, where he’s been staying since they split two years ago, to buy a new bachelor pad.

Since the couple split, Ben has been taking up shop in their Pacific Palisades guesthouse while Jennifer and the 3 kids have been staying in the main house.

According to sources at TMZ, Ben has supposedly already found a house he really likes, but hasn’t made a deal to close on it just yet.

Seeing as the couple’s priority is to keep the kids as close together as possible, the house is likely to be close to their family home.
