You guys remember the Barbara Walters specials? Don’t you miss those?

Well, James Corden is getting one step closer towards becoming a modern day Barbara Walters — except he’s bringing a car, a musician, and a full-fledged karaoke belting session!

An hour-long Carpool Karaoke special is going to air on CBS on May 22, and it will feature a new installment of James’ most popular segment as well as “Toddlerography,” which will include his favorite moments during the last year as host of The Late Late Show.

Victoria Beckham, Michelle Obama, Adele, Lady Gaga, and Britney Spears are the latest celebs to join him in the passenger seat.

But even though all these people have been wonderful, there is still one diva James is waiting to drive: Beyonce.
