Netflix is loving Adam Sandler!

According to Dateline, the streaming service just ordered four more films with the comedian following the release of their joint venture, Sandy Wexler. Chief Content Officer, Ted Sarandos said in a statement:

“Adam Sandler one of the leading comedians in the film world, and his movies have proven to be extremely successful with our subscribers around the world. We are thrilled at the opportunity to extend our partnership with Adam and his entire team at Happy Madison and keep the world laughing.”

There are a few people who may just agree to disagree, though, and it may surprise you! When Adam stopped by The Ellen Show yesterday, Ellen speculated that his daughters probably haven’t seen his movies yet since they are usually R-rated, but it turns out this isn’t exactly the case. It seems that Sadie, 10, and Sunny, 8, have seen a few, and they aren’t impressed. He said:

“Well, you know it’s funny, some are okay, like some are PG-13 ish, so like I’ll put them on because they beg to see them. They’re like, ‘Please, it’s not fair. Let me watch your movies. Those people always yell things at you on the street, and I don’t know what the heck they’re talking about!’” He continued, “So I show them the movies. They demand this. And every time, I’d say about 20 minutes in, and then I see them tuning out, and then I hear them. They’re nervous to say it, but they’re like, ‘Can we watch something else?’”

LOL! Give them a few years, Adam. They’ll come around!
