It’s about time we got a remake of The Golden Girls. 

Actually let’s be real, we could do without one — nothing will ever replace the original ladies. NO ONE!

But… if you’re the cast of Girls, we’re always down to see you put on grey wigs and jab wittingly at each other.

On an episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live! the cast of Girls transformed into The Golden Girls cast after Jimmy imagined what a Girls reunion would look like in 50 years.

Naturally, the Girls castmates Zosia Mamet, Allison Williams and Jemima Kirke slipped on their 1980s garb and did it up!

Perhaps the funniest part, however, is that Blue Ivy Carter and Shiloh Jolie-Pit were listed as directors (the show is set 50 years from now, so it’s no surprise).
