Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are trying to get baby number three underway, according to the promo of the latest episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

“I’m going to try to have one more baby,” she said. “I want my kids to have siblings but the doctors don’t feel like it’s safe for me.”

And the doctor’s right. After all, she had very difficult pregnancies with daughter North and son Saint, and is apparently having issues trying to get pregnant again.
