Ellen Pompeo is a new mommy of a baby boy, Eli Christopher, who was born late last year. And unlike other moms, she is needed on set and has risen to the occasion.

But of course, she couldn’t have done it without a little help.

“I have the most fantastic baby nurse, Jackie,” she said to Ellen DeGeneres. “She helps me. I’d be nowhere without her because I work long days and I need help caring for him. She’s got my back.”

Ellen P. also said, “It’s funny, because everybody who meets Jackie is like, ‘I want her,’ I’m like, ‘You don’t have a baby!’ [and they say] ‘Yeah I know, but I just want Jackie.’”
