Emma Thompson’s Amazing Response To Trump When He Asked Her Out!

So, Donald Trump is attracted to beautiful women. This much we know. What we didn’t know, until now, is that he was attracted to Emma Thompson.
People reported that during an interview with a Swedish TV outlet, Emma spilled the beans about the time she was asked out by The Donald. She began, “He [Donald Trump] asked me out once, wanna hear?”
The actress went on to tell the juicy story.
She said:
“I was doing a film called Primary Colors with John Travolta in Hollywood and I was in my trailer and it was on the Universal lot.I had just been divorced and my decree absolute has just come through, like, the day before. So the phone rings in my trailer, which it has never done before. I look at it and it’s, like, weird. It’s like a moose has just entered my trailer.”
The year was 1998, and Trump had just separated from his wife, Marla Maples.
She continued:
“I lift up the phone. ‘Hi, it’s Donald Trump here.’ I said, ‘Really? Can I help you?’ and he said, ‘Yeah, I just you know, I wondered if I could offer you some accommodation in one of my Trump Towers. They’re really comfortable.” Emma said Trump then added, “Well, you know, I think we would get on very well. Maybe we could have dinner sometime.”
Surprised by the blunt offer, Emma responded with:
“Okay, well I’ll get back to you! Thank you so much for ringing.”
Gotta hand it to Emma. She gave the future president of the United States the old, “don’t call us, we’ll call you!” It’s a good thing Twitter didn’t exist back then!
